Predicted that California's economy will become the third largest in the world, surpassing Germany, due to Germany's slowed economic growth.
"California just became the fourth wealthiest the fourth biggest economy in the world. It's probably going to be the third uh because Germany's in in a time of very slowed economic growth due to the automobile industry."
