Commercial real estate market will see more opportunities due to high interest rates leading to bad debt and loans being called, while residential will be less affected due to locked-in rates.
"I've been seeing opportunity starting to knock at the door it's coming in slow but it's coming... there's a lot of bad debt out there right now the rates are higher... it's time for that loan's going to be up and this goes on with any kind of commercial... you're going to start seeing opportunities now because there's a lot of bad debt out there and they're keeping it quiet."
