If the author acquires property number two (a 96-unit complex in Tallahassee), the grounds will be improved, the building's appearance will be enhanced, existing outdoor furniture will be removed, and a new swing will be installed where one is missing.
"When we own the place the ground's not going to look like this okay the body of the building is not going to look like this we're not going to have furniture sitting outside there I mean we're going to have a swing hanging there I mean we're going to do what the right thing is to do"
