"I could build a guest house on one of my duplexes so turn it from a 2 to a three unit cost about 220 Grand to do this but I could rent it out for probably 20 this in California yes how many square feet you build in uh it' be about 800 square F feet but I could rent it for 2700 a month maybe 25 worst case"
