If Trump's agenda to increase federal land for housing development goes into effect in 2025, it could potentially increase the supply of homes.
"if the economy is strong if more rates fall that can increase demand but if we start to see more home construction being started and built and if we start to see more people list their homes for sale that can increase the supply so the question is what's going to win is it going to be demand is it going to be Supply and of course we have Trump who's going to be entering office in January who has made it part of his agenda to try to correct the housing market more specifically make housing a little bit more affordable and one of the ways that he wants to do that is by increasing the amount of federal land available for sale to build housing on so if that goes into effect that could potentially increase supply"
