"Even if a legitimate quantum computing threat emerged from a tech giant, Michael Sailor says it won't be released. ... Uh, yeah. Release it to the public. Definitely. I mean, I wouldn't say never. I would get rid of the word never, but not until the time is right, you know. So, if there was a computer out there that could break all encryption known to man, uh, that would definitely not be something released into the public."
