If Spirit Airlines' acquisition deal with Frontier does not pass and the company runs out of money by December 2024, it will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, be delisted from the stock market, and its stock price will approach zero.
"come December when they run out of money um if the deal ends up not passing then you know things can definitely get worse it'll fall for chapter 11 bankruptcy if it runs out of money then at that point it will get delisted from the stock market and again get closer to zero"
