The overall CPI inflation rate for the month of May 2025 is predicted to increase when the report is released on June 11, 2025.
"Tomorrow we're taking away the month of May that saw no increase. So we're not taking away anything. And now we're adding something. So therefore our inflation rate is bound to go up."
