Amazon's mass layoffs of 30,000 employees are predicted to be a strategic restructure for efficiency, enabled by automation, to reduce costs and prepare for the holiday season.
"In my opinion, it probably means that there's a possible solution that they can automate where they no longer need those 30,000 employees and then they can ramp up into the holiday reducing their cost and focusing more on I would say the bottom line."
