New EU regulations, even those previously deemed unlikely, could be introduced abruptly and quickly.
"Maybe the way in which the EU operates is one day they come up, somebody from above comes up with the guidelines, 'We need this in a month,' and what you have been doing for two years that everybody was telling you within the European Commission itself, 'This is not going to happen,' suddenly happens. And this is the risk, right? It can happen abruptly."
