At some point, housing inventory will increase, eliminating the current competitive advantage of homebuilders like Toll Brothers, negatively impacting their stocks.
"I don't think that lasts forever though right at some point in time inventory is going to hit the market and next thing you know a person's going to go out there to buy a home and there's going to be 10 15 20 realistic options for them like it used to be and suddenly it's going to be like wow I don't necessarily need to go buy a new home that's just one of many options out there right and so that's going to happen at some point in time and that's not going to be good for the home builders"
