By February 2029, John anticipates a significant increase in his equity stake, planning to execute a 1031 exchange on his Lehigh property to acquire an 8-10 unit multifamily property, thereby shifting his portfolio towards cash flow for early retirement.
"I would say five years from now my I'm going to have a lot better Equity stake and I've considered you know like my Lehigh property I have good bit of equity in that why don't I uh do a 1031 exchange and roll That Into You know an 8 Unit 10 unit multifam somewhere um that way I'll I'll get the cash flow then right now I'm not really cash flowing but I do have equity then that's going to shift my portfolio more towards cash flow if I decided to retire early"
