Rents on a recently acquired self-storage facility, currently 40% below market, are predicted to increase by 7-10% annually over the next 2-3 years to reach market value.
"now we're more um in the kind of 7 to 10% per year range so even though the facility we acquired just last week uh their uh their rents are 40% below Market we're giving ourselves uh two maybe even three years to push up to to that level"
