The Senate is predicted to pass a bill extending 100% bonus depreciation for real estate investments through 2025.
"but right now and hopefully by the time this is released the Senate and will have passed the extension of the Tax Relief act or tax relief bill where they're actually extending 100% bonus depreciation all the way through 2025"
