Implementing pre-listing inspections for all flipped properties will prevent buyers from being scared by inspection reports, reduce contract fallouts, and limit buyers' ability to negotiate.
"What I have started trying to do for all of our flips is pre-listing inspections for everything...so that it does two things really it first and foremost it it stops the buyers from getting afraid when they get a home inspection that has a bunch of stuff on it and then backing out...and also gives the buyer less room to try to negotiate"
