Major 'blue chip' altcoins (such as Ethereum, Cardano, Polygon, and Chainlink), which were underperforming against Bitcoin at the time, are not 'done' and were expected to make 'power moves' and strong gains against Bitcoin after the Bitcoin halving, similar to previous cycles.
