If ICP is currently in a circle wave four, it is predicted to experience a B-wave bounce, followed by a C-wave decline to complete an ABC down in wave four, and then a subsequent fifth wave up.
"If it is [circle wave four], the next move up should be a B-wave bounce and then we can get another C-wave decline and that gives us an ABC down in wave four and then we can get a fifth wave up from there."
