If the US begins to dump natural gas and oil from Venezuela into the market, the increased supply will cause prices to drop drastically.
"Obviously, if the US, not saying they will, but if they just begin to dump natural gas and oil from Venezuela into the market, that will drastically drop or increase the the supply and again by demand staying roughly the same, bring prices down."
