Predicted that in the next few years, companies will shift hiring focus from academic degrees to creativity and out-of-box thinking.
"I'm saying that in the next few years when companies will hire they will no longer look at where you got a degree from because they don't they're not looking for those skills anymore that's why they're laying off people the world over yeah they will be looking for these creative individuals"
