Venture Capitalists (VCs) will exert pressure on businesses to achieve high returns within a 7-year exit timeframe, as they are managing funds raised from others and view startups as part of a larger portfolio.
"if you take a VC's money, VC is a venture capital, it is not their own money, they have raised money from some big guy else. Or so they are called 'I Peace Hu'. They have raised money from there, so they will put pressure on you because they have a target that in 7 years there should be so much returns, so in 7 years I want an exit, so they will put pressure on you because they don't care about you, correct, they are looking at you as one part of their big portfolio,"
