The SEC is expected to approve the reduction of the PDT rule minimum balance to $2,000 in the very near future.
"I just spoke with an attorney who's been advocating for the PDT rule to be abolished, and he said that most likely the SEC is going to approve this, and we will see the PDT rule reduced to $2,000 in the very near future."
