"To me, I do think we're going to get a hurrah here in Q4. Some rate cuts, some rally, that sort of stuff. But a lot of these signals when I've been saying a lot about I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do with my overall portfolio in Q4. There's a lot of stuff we're going to cover today that to me at least backs up that the cycle this time isn't different. The four-year cycle is going to remain intact and we could uh see a pretty steep pullback in 2026."
