"I see like syndications and TurnKey and things that are at least more passive they're going to attract a lot more younger investors who are making money now because I think those people are going to stay renting they're not going to be dunking their nest egg into a home because they can't afford it or else what they can rent is way nicer oh than the same payment for what they can buy so the enjoyment versus hey I can invest in something that's a little bit more stable that I don't need to manage I think it's going to be a different option and I think the landscape's changing a little bit because of the affordability issues with housing in America...
