"Ryan you might be much more ambitious than I am but I'm going to say that you're probably not going to keep self-managing this place if it is a day drive away from you that is a long way to drive when things go badly for a negative cash flow property like to me this just spells like you're going to get frustrated either with driving somewhere all the time to lose money on it at least on a monthly basis or you're going to hire a property manager which is going to further eat into your cash flow so to me something about this just doesn't seem like it's going to be like a great thing and it could be a headache"
