You can look at all the NSE small cap 250 companies which have fallen the most. look at their balance sheet who has got maximum cash. those are the guys with a higher probability to announce a buyback because they want their share to go up or they want to distribute it and now they found a very efficient method to distribute this money cost effectively to a common shareholder."
