"you want to be trading away from times like 5 p.m and 5 p.m is really I've seen spreads really low right now it's 2 30 a.m and since it was probably somewhere near 10 p.m spreads have been super low unlike the euro dollar and other major currency pairs so really the only time you want to avoid I guess you could say is something like between 4 p.m and somewhere near 9 00 pm those times I would completely avoid trading especially on lower time frames because spreads are going to be a bit higher than usual during those times"
