Bitcoin is expected to reach $150k due to shrinking tradable supply and increasing institutional buying, with minimal sell pressure until that level.
"So, I think you really have just entered a situation here where uh new buyers are coming in whether it's institutions or whatever rebalancing and all these entities whe whether it's like you know hardcore diamond-handed bitcoin whales or um or these treasury companies they've just been sitting on their bitcoin and the result is what you see is that of course as bitcoin goes up there's a little bit of selling but you're not seeing that same you know I would say that of course that 100k level was where a lot of people you know that's psychologically a lot of people were taking profit but psychologically it's like 124k 100 it's like the next the next step is of course like 150k Okay. As the crypto market matures, capital is increasingly concentrating in larger cap altcoins like Ethereum, Solana, and BNB during rotational flows out of Bitcoin.
"So, I think one and I think we mentioned in some videos as well that as the crypto market matures more and more capital is being allocated towards a smaller portion of cryptos like irrespective of the number of cryptos like stocks are a great example right you have the S&P 500 but most of the gains are coming from seven stocks like I think just this morning uh AMD pumped like 25% uh so like most of the gains are coming from a small handful of stocks and in crypto it's it seems like it's becoming a similar story. That doesn't mean that you know there's going to that altcoins aren't going to pump but it does mean that over time more and more of that capital is being concentrated in like Bitcoin then the next one of course Ethereum Salana like of now we're seeing BNB which I'm sure you know some people maybe have some comments about that but uh in terms of rotational flows it makes perfect sense it's like Ethereum BNB Salana these ones are going to be kind of like the primary beneficiaries in terms of flows."

This is Tether's stable coin chain or a stable coin chain uh that uh rallied quite a lot recently but it's fallen subsequently and I think that around these levels we've also talked about it in the Discord. PancakeSwap (CAKE) has a key accumulation zone between $2.47 and $2.89, which has historically acted as significant resistance and support.
"And if you take a look at where I put this green box between 2.47 and 2.89 that's always been a really big resistance or a really big support. So it was a big resistance, then a big support, then a big support, which turned into a resistance, and then it fell below that and became a resistance again, and it was resistance, resistance, non-stop resistance. However, I think maybe there might be enough narrative now to move the needle for cake and actually see it move up. So, if it does come down between 2.89 and 2.47, I think that is a good area for accumulation."

It reached then almost earlier a few months ago and now we're back there again. So we need to convincingly break above this resistance zone. So that's looking good. We're near the breakout range."

While Bitcoin is looking strong, Ethereum remains a concern due to a bearish market structure break on the weekly chart. A close above $4,605 would turn this bullish.
"However, I think maybe there might be enough narrative now to move the needle for cake and actually see it move up. So, if it does come down between 2.89 and 2.47, I think that is a good area for accumulation. And with saying all of that, Bitcoin just hit a new all-time high. So, things are looking really good for Bitcoin. Unless, of course, this does end up actually being another sweep of the highs. That would suck. But I don't think that's going to be the case. Like maybe just from some front running, but uh from a psychological perspective, I think most of the offloading selling by people who wanted to get out, I think that happened all around 100k and now now we're just dealing with, you know, a shrinking supply of tradable bitcoin with people gradually buying more and more and more and holding on to it."

A convincing break above $124k for Bitcoin will clear the path to $150k, which is predicted to be the next main psychological level and potential cycle top.
