The Federal Reserve is predicted to implement a 25 basis point rate cut in September, with a 95% probability.
"But I think a rate cut's looking likely. And I am not the only person who thinks this. There are websites that track the probability of rate cuts and is now believed that there is basically a 95% chance that there's a 25 basis point cut in September."
