Speaker predicts her income will drop in the coming year (from July 2025 onwards) due to taking a break after writing and launching a book, requiring her to lower rent to maintain budgeting allocations.
"But I also knew that in the coming year, my income is going to drop because I have spent the last year and a half writing and launching a book and I'm tired and I want to take a bit of a break, which means in order to stick with my 50 30 20 budgeting allocations, I would have to lower my rent."
