Employers would ideally advise against switching jobs for minor salary increases (5-10%) if one has already established a proven track record within their current organization, especially in an unstable market.
"if you have already proven yourself in a specific organization then just because you could get a five percent rise, ten percent rise should you really switch to the newer organization or not is a big question. Well if you ask me my thought process as an employer is ideally you should not switch in such a case"
