Government observations suggest that cutting individual tax rates leads to higher tax collection, and these rates may be slashed in the final budget.
"government has seen that whenever tax rates are cut tax collection goes up more because more and more people are actually willing to disclose their income and to pay taxes... same logic can be applied for individual taxation as well and that is how individual uh taxes rates especially may be slashed in the final bud budget"
