Post-COVID, Dubai property values have doubled or tripled, while rental yields have remained more stable, averaging 5-7%.
"After co uh the appreciation in the properties have gone up tremendously. It has become two times three times in some places also. So the appreciation has gone up tremendously. The rental yield did not go up so much. Okay. Okay. But even now also if you see on an average the ROI is somewhere around 5%, 6%, 7%."
